The SIA have produced a draft code of conduct with the following titles. As the code is ratified it will become the code of conduct Infinitus staff will also be expected to follow. We will update this text when that happens and we reserve the right to add additional requirements.

Code of Conduct for SIA licence holders

The Six Commitments
1. Act with honesty and integrity
2. Be trustworthy
3. Protect the people and property you are entrusted to protect
4. Be professional at work
5. Act with fairness and impartiality at work
6. Be accountable for your decisions and actions
The SIA code of conduct also extends to company directors.

Giving Feedback

If you have comments about our service, we'd like to hear them. Comments are useful when they’re honest and objective.
This can include:
  • Positive feedback about the work of the team
    • Where good work is identified, it is important to give credit
    • We try to ensure all positive comments are fed back to those who deserve them
  • Complaints about conduct or service
    • Please ensure dates and times are provided
    • Ensure you provide as much detail as you can
    • Include names as this helps to identify the people involved
    • We will investigate and deal with the situation fairly, in line with our internal discipline procedures
