How well are your staff trained?
Each member of the team has attended specific training stipulated by the Security Industry Authority (SIA). Most will elect to undergo the 'Door Supervisor' training course, which is now a week long. After passing the exams delegates can then apply for an SIA licence to work.
Infinitus is keenly aware that skills will fade over time, so we have had a 'continuation training' programme in place for some time. This gives staff the opportunity to expand their knowledge, refresh their skills and gain new qualifications.

How can I get a VAT receipt?
You should normally receive a VAT invoice weekly or monthly dependant on the type of service we provide you. Email us if you would like a copy.
